Set on just over 5 acres with a mix of cleared and bush land, is this commanding family home. Built in 2016 with careful consideration given to creating a space that works for the whole family. The kitchen is a chef's delight with top end appliances and an enormous, custom made concrete island bench with enough room to cook the largest of family dinners. The first wing of the house features a large double garage, guest bedroom, bathroom and a separate laundry.
This front section of the home is perfect for multiple uses. Whether it be storage and home office, teenagers retreat, kid’s play area or spoil house guests and give them their own private wing to relax and unwind.
The second wing sets up perfectly as the kids domain with a further three bedrooms, main bathroom with walk-in shower and bath and it's own living or TV area.
