Michael Hemming
OWNER & BUILDER
The face behind the company, Michael has over 20 years of experience in the building industry.
Excelling in a career as a qualified carpenter and joiner, Michael is backed by HIA licensing and an extensive portfolio of over 100 new home builds and more than 30 renovation projects. Driven by his dedication to craft high end product, Michael takes a wholistic approach to the building process, right from initial consultation, through to design, build and completed product.
Maintaining direct client relationships is pivotal to the building process, as well as industry trades. Each industry partner that Michael works with is carefully selected, ensuring that all trades also place high value on producing quality builds and expert workmanship.

Dave
Say “hey” to Dave! He is our first year Mature Age Apprentice to join Paley Homes. Dave comes to us with a myriad of experience working across the construction and ship building industries, where he has been a joiner and store manager. Outside of work, Dave has three young kids and enjoys triathlons and bingo!

Dusty
Site Supervisor, Client Liaison Manager and all round good boy, meet our Paley Homes puppy, Dusty. Regularly making an appearance at our worksites, meetings and running errands with Michael, Dusty is a super friendly doggo who is always up for a tummy rub or ear scratch.
